A licensed general contractor that also does restoration.
That order matters, and it is the opposite of how most restoration companies are built. The national franchises started as mitigation businesses, got good at drying structures out, and then subcontracted or abandoned the reconstruction. It is why so many claims stall at the point where the house is dry and empty and nobody is holding the schedule.
Camelback started as a builder. Drying a house out is something we added because we were already the ones rebuilding it afterward, and it was faster and cleaner to do both.
The practical result is that there is no handoff. One company, one contract, one number to call, and one person answering for the outcome from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
We work across ten cities in the Valley, from Anthem down to Queen Creek. We live here too, which is a duller way of saying that our reputation is not portable. There is no next market to move to.
Five steps, start to finish.
What actually happens after you call, on a loss or on a remodel.
You reach a person
Call any hour and you get a human, not a queue and not a callback promise.
We are there same day
We assess, stop it spreading, and document everything with photographs and readings before anything gets moved.
We dry it out
Our own equipment, monitored daily, running until the readings say the structure is dry rather than until the calendar says so.
We work with your insurance
We document the loss, write a detailed estimate, and coordinate directly with your adjuster. The claim stays yours.
We rebuild it
Drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinetry, trim, paint. The same company that dried it out, finishing the job.
It is already in the truck.
Air movers, dehumidifiers, moisture meters, and extraction units. We own all of it rather than renting it, and that is a more meaningful difference than it sounds.
When a monsoon rolls through the Valley, rental drying equipment across the metro is gone within hours. Companies that rent start rationing: two air movers on a job that needs six, then a promise to come back with more when something frees up. Meanwhile the structure sits wet, and wet time is the single biggest driver of how much of a house has to come out.
Ours does not come from a counter that is already empty. It is checkable, it is specific, and it is the kind of claim a company with no portfolio can make honestly.
- Extraction units for standing water
- Air movers and dehumidifiers sized to the space, not to what was left on the shelf
- Moisture meters, with readings logged daily and given to your adjuster
